Get in Touch

What happens after you reach out?

Our process is simple and transparent — from first message to completed job.

1. 1

   Same-day reply

We respond the same business day — by phone or email, whichever you prefer.

2. 2

   Free quote

For smaller jobs a short description is enough. For larger projects we arrange a free on-site visit and provide a written fixed-price quote.

3. 3

   Flexible scheduling

You pick the date. Short-notice bookings are usually available, including Saturdays.

4. 4

   Professional handover

Our team completes the job on time. Premises are handed back broom-clean.

Common questions before getting in touch

Everything you might want to know before sending your enquiry.

How quickly will I receive a quote?

For phone enquiries we give an immediate estimate. A written fixed-price quote is usually ready within 24 hours — after a free on-site visit for larger projects.

Is the consultation really free?

Yes, completely. The phone consultation, on-site visit and written quote are all free of charge and non-binding.

Can you accommodate short-notice bookings?

Yes. As a local Mainz company we can usually arrange an appointment within 2–3 days. For urgent cases, call us directly and we will do our best.

Which areas do you cover?

Our core area is Mainz and the surrounding region: Wiesbaden, Ingelheim, Bingen, Budenheim, Nieder-Olm and the wider Rhine-Main area through to Frankfurt and Darmstadt.
